High Tensile Steel Straps

The Cold Rolled High Tensile Steel strapping is specially heat treated to provide high strength and toughness for packaging application. On this high speed and high precision online heat treatment line, the special strap paints are applied for strapping and cured by infrared wave curing system using quartz lamps. For tension transmission high gloss wax is applied and cured by infrared wave curing system. The allied products such as whole variety of metal steels and strapping tools are also available to our valued customers.

Stretch Film

Stretch wrap or Stretch film is a highly stretchable plastic film that is wrapped around items. The elastic recovery keeps the items tightly bound. In contrast, shrink wrap is applied loosely around an item and shrinks tightly with heat.

Material

Material Medium consists of two layers of special paper & PP woven laminated with paper, ensuring maximum strength and low weight of airbag. On the inside, medium consists of high strength PE quality film, which is co-extruded, ensuring ultimate airtight seal.

Valve

Medium is equipped with a special valve, which allows very quick inflation and deflation. The valve can be opened and closed numerous times so the airbag can be re used.
